Civil Trial Practice

All of the firm's lawyers started as civil trial lawyers.  Together, they have tried hundreds of cases.  These have included jury and bench trials in both state and federal court.

Initially, the firm's civil trial practice focused on insurance defense.  But it has expanded in scope since then.  In addition to insurance companies, the firm now represents:

•  Plaintiffs in select personal injury cases

•  Victims of medical malpractice in select cases
